Elliot Gerstenhaber

Elliot Gerstenhaber is Co-founder and Managing Partner of SGRE Capital Group. Mr. Gerstenhaber has over thirty years of experience in fundraising, developing, financing, and managing retail centers worth over $100MM in Texas and Louisiana with a strong focus on small to mid-sized centers.

 

He has strong relationships with major tenant reps, architects, engineers, contractors and brokers to enhance the value of each property and has delivered over 20% return to equity investors throughout his career. He has also built over 13 freestanding buildings for national players such as Blockbuster and America’s Service Station worth over $20MM.
